Guarantee and refund policy

Every purchase of The Gluten-Free Baking System is covered by a 14-day guarantee. We would rather you bake once and decide with evidence than feel stuck with something that does not fit.

How it works

• The guarantee period runs for 14 days from the moment your payment is confirmed.
• To request a refund, email web@audiens.net within that period and include the email address you used at checkout or your order reference (it starts with “CK-”).
• You do not need to complete a long form or argue your case. We may ask one or two questions to confirm the order and understand what went wrong, so we can improve.
• Eligible refunds are issued in full to the original payment method through Stripe.
• Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears, typically within 5 to 10 business days of the refund being issued.

What a completed refund changes

Once a full refund has completed, future access to the CrumbKind download library is revoked. Copies you have already downloaded should be deleted, and the licence to use the material ends.

Scope

• The guarantee applies to first purchases of the collection, one refund per customer.
• Requests made after the 14-day period are not covered by the guarantee, but email us anyway; where the law of your country gives you additional rights, those rights are unaffected by this policy.
• Partial refunds are not normally offered; eligible requests are refunded in full.
